The term ‘Marketing Professional’ that Paul Harland applies to himself in his own Real Estate business ‘TREA’ is a truly honest depiction of this impressive negotiator. On top of this, he has a personality, and a way about him, that would put the most tense individual at ease. My own experience was that I owned a Main Beach three bedroom apartment, that I loved, in a luxury building one street away from the beach. It has panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the beautiful northern Broadwater, and the mountains to the west in the hinterland. I am retired and decided to sell my place in order to downsize. So, I placed my apartment on the market with another Real Estate Agency, full of confidence that it would sell quickly. My thinking was that my furniture was fabulous – who could possibly not love it. Four and a half months later I was in shock that I had not received one offer! Out of the blue I received a call from Paul Harland. He told me that all the décor for his sale was ‘Staged’ and he explained to me how and what that all meant. Although I was very impressed with what he had done, I was having none of this at the time, but the meeting with him is what had somehow given me the prompting to sell. Paul Harland, in one phone call, convinced me that his way was the way to go, and so I signed up with TREA. As a bonus, Paul put in much more time and effort. Within six weeks he had it sold – part of the time being through the difficult Christmas period.
